Due to the unique and original nature of our artwork, all sales from Charcoal in the Wild are final. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing the sale.


All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Condition of Artwork: All pieces are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. You must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your item. If your item is damaged during shipping, please send us an email to info@charcoalinthewild.com including photos of the outside packaging and the damaged contents, and we will begin work on a replacement order directly with you.
